SHIPPING FEES / INSURANCE / RETURNS

We ship by United States Priority Mail.  Soap, Salt & Mud are very heavy.  The above prices are extremely reasonable when you consider the heavy weight of the items you are purchasing.  For orders over $80.00 -  An additional shipping fee might be billed.  If this should occur, you will be notified by email before items are shipped.

Please be aware that we always try and ship Priority Mail.  In rare cases, items weighing more than the amount shown above and we will shipped by Parcel Post, UPS ground or some other carrier.   * If you need a faster service, please send us an email and we will invoice you the difference in shipping costs.

Insurance is optional.  If you would like to purchase insurance for your items, please let us know.

WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL.  SORRY.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on any used item or clearance item.  This is the reason we offer sample sizes on nearly everything we manufacture.  This gives you the opportunity to "try before you buy". 

New unopened items can be returned within 7 days in new unopened condition less a 15% restocking fee.  You will be credited the item amount less the restocking fee and shipping charges.  We never refund shipping.

If an item was received damaged, please contact us to see if you purchased insurance on your order. If insurance was purchased, we will work with you to get a full credit for your item and/or replace the item.

We do not accept returns for custom orders.
