RETURNS We do not accept returns on any used items (by you), clearance items or custom made orders. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing the item. We would be more than happy to answer any questions you might have. ***We also offer sample sizes on most all of our bath and body items, so customers can try before purchasing full sizes. If there is not a sample offered on a product, please contact us and we will try and provide one for you but you will be responsible for the cost of the sample plus the shipping cost to your location. If an item is returned new/unopened and not damaged, there is a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on custom orders. Some every day items, such as cocoa butter bath tarts are considered custom orders as they are made at the time of your order and not kept in stock. To find out if an item you are ordering is considered a "custom order", please visit the bottom of every page on the item in question. If you receive your order and item(s) were damaged, during shipping, by the United States Postal Service - this is NOT our fault and you will not be refunded by Southern Crafter for the damaged item(s). You will need to contact the United States Post Office directly, because they are the ones responsible for the damage to your items. If you purchased insurance on your order, please contact our office and we will work with you (as mediator with the post office) to get a full credit for your item and/or replace the item. If, however, we have shipped you a wrong product or you feel you did not receive what you ordered - please contact us. We are very understanding and will work with you in any way for a satisfactory resolution. We love a happy" customer. You are our livelihood. :-)
DISCLAIMER As with all new products, that you are going to begin using on your skin, always try a small area first to see if any allergic reactions or breakouts occur. If you have any problems, discontinue use immediately. We offer samples sizes on most all of our products, so that you can try an item before purchasing the full sized product. *All of our products are for external use only. If you are pregnant, please contact your physician before using any of our products - especially the ones with essential oils. For longer lasting soap bars – Do NOT allow bars of soap to sit in water. After use, place in a nice dry area or on one of our beautiful wooden soap dishes. Soap Color - As all of our soap is handmade, we can't duplicate the exact coloration each time. Climate changes also affect the outcome of soap. So although we follow the exact recipe each time a bar is made, bars can look different than what is shown in pictures. *NOTE: All soaps containing colorants or natural clays could potential stain light colored wash cloths. It is best to test a small area first or use a dark colored wash cloth. Testing - All of our therapeutic soap bars have been tested by family, friends, and "testing customers" before they are added to our product line. In many cases, we have changed our bars numerous times to get just the right formulation. Product Claims and Evaluations: We cannot guarantee actual results on any of our products, as everyone's DNA is different - nor do we claim that any of our products have been FDA approved. These are homemade products using all natural and synthetic products as noted in the "ingredient listing" under each product sold. Product claims and descriptions are based off of research (by outside parties, internet research, etc) on all of the ingredients in our products with a complete breakdown of these descriptions being found on our "Ingredients" link. If you have any questions about a product, please ask before purchasing. Just remember - we are NOT physicians and can only offer our personal advice from our own years of experience. For a concrete understanding of any particular ingredient and how it will react with your body - please contact your family physician or conduct your own personal research. *We do not carry insurance and it is up to you to use your personal digression when purchasing products from our company.*Also remember that you can order samples from most every bar we manufacture. If you don't see a sample offered on a specific bar or product, just ask us. Scented Bath Salts, Bath Bombs, Cocoa Butter Tarts & other products with high oil concentration - Due to the high volume of body butters and oils, your tub might be slightly slippery when done. To prevent a fall, please make sure your tub is cleaned after each use. As we infuse herbs and colorants in some of our products, you might notice a ring around the tub line when done. Simply wipe off with soap and a damp cloth after each use. * We are not responsible for any damage resulting from the use of any product on our website.
